The numbers don't lie. But WE can change them

A movement born from urgency. Fuelled by possibility.

Why this movement exists

Space Girls was born from a simple but powerful observation: the future is being built in laboratories, clean rooms, server farms and mission control centres — and women are largely absent from those rooms.
This isn't about capability. It never was. It's about access, visibility, bias and broken systems. We exist to help fix that.

Why it matters

STEM careers are the jobs of the future — driving innovation, economic growth and solutions to the world's greatest challenges. When women are missing from those roles, we all lose.

Artificial intelligence trained without diverse inputs produces biased results. Medical research conducted without female perspectives misses half the population. Engineering solutions designed by homogeneous teams solve only part of the problem.
Diversity in STEM is not just a social issue. It is a scientific one.

What Space Girls does about it
